Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Digital products will be delivered instantly, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once the download has been accessed. 

All sales are final on handbooks and physical copy books.
